Amazing Angel has proudly served the elderly population in Pasco and Pinellas counties for over 10 years. We recognize making the initial call for home care services can be an overwhelming process. At Amazing Angel, a live person answers, not a recorded message or an answering service!
You will never be put on hold or transferred from person to person. Our owner, Laurie Meyer, personally answers all phone calls. With Laurie’s extensive knowledge of the home care industry, she will answer any questions you may have, gather all necessary information, and set an appointment for a FREE in-home assessment.
We value all calls, big or small, and Amazing Angel is not a franchise. We are family owned and operated. Therefore, we do not pay franchise fees nor follow a set rate of charges for services. We charge a flat rate for all-inclusive hourly care as opposed to franchises that charge multiple rates for different levels and hours of care.
You also have the freedom to chose a payment method. We do not dictate ACH (direct check) payments or credit cards like a franchise. It's your choice, and you can select cash, credit, or check. With no franchise fees, Amazing Angel guarantees the lowest rates without compromise in care.
Opening your home for the first time to a stranger can be scary. We understand this is especially true for those suffering from dementia. At Amazing Angel, our care speaks for itself. Clients can have peace of mind from the start of the service. The caregiver that comes to your home will be the same caregiver for all scheduled visits.
What separates Amazing Angel from a franchise is continuity and longevity of care. This means no new faces day-to-day. We believe this is essential in building trust and developing a long-lasting relationship. Should any setbacks arise, our owner, Laurie Meyer, will personally address any and all issues.
Laurie works directly with clients, family members, and hospice care teams (when needed) to arrange long-term care for clients in the comfort of their own home.
Additionally, we report to you, our client, not corporate headquarters. Thus, there's no high turnover rate! We believe people are not disposable if monthly quotas are not met. As a client, you and your family members have direct access to Laurie 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
